Terms of Use

By downloading or using Orbend you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Orbend and to create an account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account and credentials secure. You may play as a guest or create an account. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Display names & conduct
The display name you choose is shown publicly on the leaderboard. You may not use a name that is obscene, hateful, harassing, impersonates another person or brand, or is otherwise objectionable. We filter names on creation and you can report or hide any leaderboard entry from within the app (hold a row). We may remove offensive names and suspend repeat offenders. Report abuse to orbendgame@gmail.com; we aim to act on reports within a few days.
Fair play
Modified clients, tampering with scores or the leaderboard, automating play, or abusing other players is prohibited and may result in score removal or an account ban.
Virtual items
In-game credits and unlocks have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you (not sold), and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. Any future paid purchases are processed by the App Store / Google Play under their terms.
The app is provided “as is”
Orbend is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any).
